Later, Steve thinks the tribe should throw the next challenge in an attempt to vote Russell out, but Julie doesn't think it's a wise decision.

Ometepe win their first reward/immunity challenge and when they return to their beach, Rob finds the hidden immunity clue. On Zapatera, Russell suspects his tribe lost the challenge on purpose. Stephanie approaches Julie to get her to join Russell's alliance and vote Ralph out. At Zapatera's first Tribal Council, the tribe discuss the apparent 6/3 alliance .

I have the feeling that this show would be much better if they stopped forcing that Lily character down out throats so hard... I get it that she is written to be the main character alongside the long haired doctor but the writers could spare us the Lily "special" (aka stupid) moments. so far every episode had one, the first episode had the guy barely out of surgery going to get rid of his wife's ashes (the scene was more than beautiful but the idea was still stupid and out of place) and now we have the bleeding man's proposal that they had time for... at least now we know what a kind hearted person Lily is and how she cares about her patients' personal lives to the extreme... a true hero. and the doctor let's her have her way and is mesmerized by her kind heart and... i feel i'm going to trow up... the rest of the show is quite interesting and the rest of the characters are ok too (even Lily is ok sometimes when she's not over doing it)... it's such a shame they ruin it by forcing things...
